I've had 10 amazing Pilates sessions so far with Prashanth, one of the trainers here. I love the vibe and ambience of this place as well as the individualized attention given to beginners like me (lol). Pilates for well being is an exceptional place to kick start your pilates journey . The instructors are well trained and the studio is user friendly . Kavita is a fabulous instructor who motivates you and makes the workouts fun and interesting. When I decided to start Pilates I came across “Pilates for Wellbeing” as one of the highest rated Pilates studio in Bengaluru and after being a regular here I can bet that they totally deserve that spot. Prashant is a superb trainer who pushes us to the limit and brings the best out. Suman has been seamless in facilitating our sessions on time and ensuring we get the best experience. All in all “Pilates for Wellbeing” has helped us embrace Pilates through state of the art infrastructure, amazing trainers and seamless facilitation. It is very difficult for me to do High Intensity exercises. So one of my friends suggested Pilates. I made the best decision of my life by joining Pilates for Wellbeing! Prashant is an amazing and patient instructor! The classes are incredibly wholesome and would make you feel so good about yourself! The centre is wonderfully spotless and serene with best in class equipments. Suman is a very friendly manager who helps us plan out our classes and is always so helpful. A beautiful studio that is always super clean and a lovely team who always have words of encouragement.
My personal sessions with Kavita have helped me through injury and good health. The care and expertise that she brings to all the sessions has ensured that I continue on my fitness journey even when I have experienced set backs.

The studio is always impeccable. Clean, organized, professional and punctual is the standard here. It was a pleasure taking class with Kavita. Her lessons were exactly what my body needed.
